INSTRUCTIONS FOR REALIZING A RESOURCE
Contact us at our Customer Service Center, where you will receive the information you need to begin the process of returning through our shipping service, by means of your choice or directly in the shop.
NOTE: Bike House will not charge for shipping costs that will be incurred if the instructions indicated to make a return have not been followed.
REASONS AND MODALITIES FOR RETURNING
1 - If the product does not suit you or the size is wrong
You may be required to change it with another product, or require refund of the amount when: the product has not been used, it is returned in its packaging and is in its original state.

The deadline for making a change is 14 working days from the date of delivery of the product.
Below is the detail of the shipping costs you will have to bear when you make a product change.
SHIPPING IN STORE
If the change takes place in the Bike House store in VARESE it is FREE.
AUTONOMOUS SHIPMENT
After obtaining permission from Bike House, the Customer can dispose of the products by means of their choice. However, you must make sure that the goods are returned to Bike House within 20 working days of delivery of the product, except for special permits.

Terms for reimbursement of the amount:
If you would like to reimburse the amount, the maximum time to claim redemption is 14 working days from the date of receipt of the product. Refund will be made using the original payment method.
2 - If you get a defective product
When the defective product is returned to Bike House, a new one will be sent. In this case, the change will be made for the same item or reference. Only the first shipping will be billed to the customer, Bike House will bear the costs associated with the recovery of the defective item and the delivery of the new one.
The deadline for requesting change of a defective item is 14 working days from the date of delivery of the product.
IMPORTANT! Bike House will not deliver any shipment until the receipt in our warehouses, the item subject to return or exchange has been verified, as well as the status of the packaging and its accessories. Bike House reserves the right to charge the customer with additional expenses for the second dispatch (in case of change) which will be communicated in advance.
